Every bespoke creation begins with a conversation.

We’ll open a private WhatsApp conversation and send you a short questionnaire.

You can answer in your own time, sharing your idea, references, thoughts, desires and availability.

We’ll then meet for a 20-minute video call to explore the possibilities, shape the creative direction and discuss what could be made.

02 – Connect
We’ll open a private WhatsApp conversation and send you a short questionnaire.

03 – Share
Answer our questions and share your idea, references, thoughts and availability.

04 – Consult
Meet with us for a 20-minute video call to explore the idea and creative direction.

05 – Quote
We’ll send you the proposed options and production quotation.

06 – Make
Once the quotation is approved and payment is received, production begins.

THE MAKING

Once your quotation is approved and payment is received, we begin making your piece.

Your WhatsApp conversation remains open so we can share information and communicate with you throughout the process.

Handmade to order

Each piece is handmade to order. Once your order and, where applicable, your measurements are confirmed, we begin making it for you.

Please allow 1–4 weeks for production before dispatch.

Shipping

South Africa: 
Complimentary shipping with The Courier Guy, tracking provided. Delivery is usually 2–4 business days to major cities and 3–7 business days to regional areas.

International: 
R1,200. Delivery is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, with tracking included. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

If something arrives incorrectly or there’s a manufacturing fault, please contact hello@houseofhox.com and we’ll help you with the next steps.
