Each House of Hox piece is handmade to order and created with intention.
Please allow approximately 1–4 weeks for production before dispatch.
Production begins once your order and, where applicable, your measurements have been received and confirmed.
South Africa
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated delivery times within South Africa are:
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Complimentary shipping with The Courier Guy is included on all South African orders, tracking provided.
International
We currently ship to:

International shipping is R1,200.
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.
International orders are sent with tracking. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs clearance. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient.
